Unused
merchandise may be returned for a refund (or exchange),
for any reason, within 30 days from the date the order was
received.

Refunds include
taxes (as applicable) but exclude postage/freight.
o
Customer is
responsible for return postage/freight except in the case
of returns due to manufacturer’s defects (materials and
workmanship) or errors on the part of AllIdSystems.com.
When applicable the return postage/freight fee will
be credited to the customer’s credit card account at the
same time as the refund.
o
Refunds will
be credited to your credit card account, upon receipt of
the returned merchandise by AllIdSystems.com.

After 30 days,
merchandise having manufacturer’s defects (materials and
workmanship) should be returned directly to the manufacturer
in accordance with the warranty and instructions provided
with your merchandise.Warranty information (along with return
